As a native of Pittsburgh and Summa Cum Laude Sales/Marketing graduate from Penn State University, I started selling real estate in Phoenix in 2005. Prior to this, I spent five years in Resort Sales, living in Orlando and San Antonio. In 2012, I was licensed in North Carolina after relocating to Raleigh for my husband's job. I hold membership in both the National Association of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors. In 2019, my sales exceeded $6M and I was the #1 listing agent within my firm (#2 top volume sold). In 2020, my sales exceeded $9M and I was #2 overall selling agent at Raleigh Cary Realty. In 2021, I joined eXp Realty where I can excel and grow with a premier group of agents as well as mentor new agents.
I am a relocation specialist with a focus on the luxury home market ($1M+) working throughout the Triangle Region, including North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Falls Lake Area, Rolesville, Youngsville, Cary, Apex & Durham. Few agents have experience within the luxury custom home niche...I share relationships with many different custom builders and have worked with buyers and sellers in custom neighborhoods such as Waterstone Reserve & Manors, Camberly, Wyndcrest, Hasentree and Stonewater, to name a few. Building a custom home is a very unique experience, and as a experienced agent selling custom homes, I can assist with knowing the difference between builders and neighborhoods, providing lending options, negotiating contracts, offering design ideas (virtually unlimited options in the custom world), keeping your budget on track, and managing "hiccups" along the way. My husband and I are blessed with two boys, Braden, born in 2012 and Bryce, born in 2014. Social interests include bible study, working out, sports and travel. I have a heart for helping children, serving within my church's nursery & special needs ministry, as well as supporting charity organizations that focus on kids in need. Real Estate is not only a career, but my passion, and I look forward to working together!
