Amy Penner is a Real Estate Broker with eXp Realty | eXp Luxury and the Founder of Luxury Homes Triangle. Since 2005, she has guided buyers and sellers through one of life’s most important financial decisions, offering expert representation in relocation, new construction, and luxury real estate throughout the Triangle region.

Amy serves clients across Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, Franklinton, Cary, Apex, Wendell, Knightdale, Zebulon, and Durham, providing tailored service at all price points. Known for her market knowledge and approachable style, she brings clarity, strategy, and even a little fun to every transaction.

Her specialty lies in working with custom home buyers and sellers in the $1M+ market. Having personally navigated the custom-build process, Amy offers invaluable guidance on builder selection, land evaluation, construction financing, contract negotiation, budgeting, and design decisions. For sellers, she excels at marketing a home’s unique story with elevated, globally targeted exposure through eXp Luxury.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn State University with a degree in Sales and Marketing. Her professional background includes resort sales in Orlando and San Antonio, as well as an early chapter at Walt Disney World. After relocating to Raleigh in 2012, she obtained her North Carolina real estate license and has proudly called the area home ever since.

Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys time with her husband, their two sons, and their rescue dog. She is active in her community, serving as a board member for Addis Jemari, a nonprofit focused on ending the orphan crisis in Ethiopia, and as secretary of the Triangle Penn State Alumni Association.
